ORDER:
Declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing the impugned proceedings in ROC.No.418/2022(PTS)A1 dated 03.02.2023 suspending the petitioner as Sarpanch of Vitalapuram Gram Panchayat of Thallur Mandal, Prakasam District, for a period of 3 months without giving an opportunity of

making a representation against the proposed action, as illegal and arbitrary, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Heard Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the 1st respondent issued the impugned proceedings dated 03.02.2023 suspending the petitioner for a period of 3 months from the post of Sarpanch of Vitalapuram Gram Panchayat of Thallur Mandal, Prakasam District, without giving an opportunity of making a representation, the petitioner approached this Court by way of the present writ petition. This Court, on 06.03.2023, granted an interim order suspending the impugned proceedings.
He further submitted that by virtue of the said interim orders of this Court, the petitioner has been reinstated into service as Sarpanch, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition.
4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
