“the BNSS”). The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.0522/2025 registered at Police Station Jhotwara
[2025:RJ-JP:42601] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-12867/2025] District Jaipur (West) for the offence(s) under Section(s) 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340 (2) & 61(2)(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and under Sections 3, 4, 6, 7 & 10 of the Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures for Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2022. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that they have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 14.09.2025, investigation as against them is complete and they have no criminal antecedents. He, therefore, prayed for release of the petitioners on bail. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer. Heard. Considered. Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by
learned counsel for the petitioners, the material on record, the nature of accusation as revealed from the case diary, their length of custody and absence of criminal antecedents; but, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed and it is
directed that accused-petitioners 1.Dharamveer S/o Shri Ramsahai & 2. Bhupendra S/o Shri Bhuri Singh shall be released on bail under Section 483 BNSS in connection with afore- mentioned FIR registered at concerned Police Station, provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of ₹50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial
