This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "a. to set aside order dated 17.03.2025 passed in Civil Revision no. 60 of 2025 (Neeraj Vs. Rajendra) passed by District Judge Jaunpur up to extent not granting interim stay on the 5c interim injunction application given in the revision by the petitioner and passing the order of only issue notice to respondents although status quo order was granted in the suit by the trail court." 2. It is contended that suit filed filed by plaintiff-petitioner was dismissed under Order IX Rule 5 CPC against which Civil Revision No. 60 of 2025 was filed in which an application for grant of interim injunction was moved in which notices have been issued. The order under challenge is only issuing notice on the application 5C for grant of temporary injunction. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon court concerned to decide the application 5C pending in Civil Revision No. 60 of 2025, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
