Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid application is pending before the Rent Tribunal, Jaipur Metropolitan Jaipur for adjudication since 2019 and more than six years have passed, therefore, appropriate directions be issued to the Rent Tribunal to decide the Original Application expeditiously. 3.
