By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the competent authority to regularise his services as per the regularisation rules. (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation has been made by the petitioner on 19.12.2024. He, however, submits that petitioner be permitted to make a fresh representation. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation for his regularisation. If he makes such representation within two weeks from today, the Executive Officer concerned shall examine the matter and take decision, as per law, within three months thereafter.
