In this writ petition, the petitioner sought for the following reliefs: a) Issue writ of mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2025 vide Annexure-U. b) Issue other writ or order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to be granted in the facts and circumstances of the case by allowing this writ petition in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The case of the petitioner is that when he was serving as Principal in Morarji Desai Residential School, Beekanahalli, Chikkamagaluru District, he was deputed to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38782 WP No. 27137 of 2025 Dr.Ambedkar Girls Residential School, Aldur, Chikkamagaluru District. When he was working at Dr.Ambedkar Girls Residential School, he was kept under suspension by order dated 11.06.2025 vide Annexure-R. The same was challenged before this Court in W.P.No.17225/2025. This Court, by interim order dated 11.08.2025, stayed the suspension order until the next date of hearing, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall report to duty at Smt. Indiragandhi Residential School, Panchanahalli, Kadur Taluk, Chikkamagaluru District. As the petitioner was not assigned any specific place of posting, the petitioner filed a representation dated 16.08.2025 to the respondents. vide Annexure-U. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents, upon instructions, submits that now the petitioner has been posted to Dr.Ambedkar Girls Residential School, Aldur.
