A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The arbitrator Mr.Gautam S Raman, who was appointed in this petition has recused himself from acting as an arbitrator due to conflict of interest. The letter of the arbitrator dated 11.08.2025 is also filed along with the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Since the arbitrator has recused himself from acting as an arbitrator, this Court has to necessarily replace the arbitrator. 3. Accordingly, this Court replaces Mr.Gautam S Raman, Advocate, who was earlier appointed as arbitrator, by Mr. Naveen Kumar Murthy, Advocate having address at No.S2, 2nd Floor, Singapore Plaza, No.164, New No.337, Linghi Chetty Street, Chennai - 600 001 (Mob. No.98847 40424).
