The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent No.5 in not allowing the Petitioners to discharge the duties as ‘Public Health Workers’ in Respondent No.5-Nagar Panchayat, without issuing any notice, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioners were appointed as ‘Public Health Workers’ in Respondent No.5-Gram Panchayat, which is now upgraded as ‘Nagar Panchayat’ and since then the Petitioners have been discharging their duties regularly to the utmost satisfaction of Respondent-authorities. The grievance of the Petitioners is that the Petitioners are not being permitted to discharge their duties as ‘Public Health Workers’ though they have submitted a representation dated 25.10.2025 to the Respondent No.5. 3. Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.5-Nagar Panchayat on instructions submits that the Petitioners were employed as ‘Public Health 5 Workers’ and they are discharging their duties. It is further mentioned that no orders restraining the Petitioners from attending the duties were passed by the Respondent No.5- Nagar Panchayat. 4. In that view, as the grievance of the Petitioners is redressed, the Writ Petition is closed. 5. No order as to costs. 6.
