THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO:433/2025
ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28257 of 2022.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is observed from the docket
order that this Court vide order dated 14.10.2025 directed the respondents to file counter affidavit, failing which, the respondents shall appear before this Court and to explain the reasons for not filing counter. In compliance of the orders of this Court dated 14.10.2025, learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 14.11.2025 stating that the orders dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28257 of 2022 are complied with. Therefore, no cause survives and no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents.
5. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
