Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that aggrieved by the orders passed by the 3 rd respondent, the petitioner has filed a revision under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights In Land and Pattadar Passbook Act before the 2nd respondent on 11.04.2025. Despite the same, the respondent No.2 has not numbered the said revision and not issued any notice even after lapse of six months. Hence, the present writ petition. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the revision filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Andhra P radesh Rights In Land and Pattadar Passbook Act and pass appropriate orders by following due process of law. The said action shall be completed within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No costs.
