JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the decision of 138th State Level Single Window Clearance Committee (SLSWCC) held on 07.03.2023 (Annexure-J), inter alia sought for direction to respondent No.3 to consider the building plan approval application dated 10.06.2019 (Annexure- G1). 3. Sri.B.B.Patil, learned counsel representing respondent Nos.2 and 3 KIADB, brought to the notice of the Court with regard to Section 18 of the Karnataka Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2002, wherein the decision taken by the State Level Single Window Clearance Committee is appealable to the Appellate Authority under the aforementioned act. Hence, he sought for dismissal of the petition. 4. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the building plan as well as the approval as per Annexure-J made by the petitioner has been rejected and the petitioner is having efficacious remedy under Section 18 of the Karnataka Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2002. In that view of the matter, it is open for the petitioner to approach the competent Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievance. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
