Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid suit is pending since 2013. Therefore, a direction may be issued to Judge, Small Causes Court, Aligarh to decide the suit at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Judge, Small Causes Court, Aligarh to decide the SCC Suit No. 10 of 2013 in accordance with law, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
