The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 29415 OF 2025 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondent No.4 in not disposing of the Revision Petition dated 21.06.2022 filed by the Petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner is working as Driver in Respondent Corporation. A Charge Memorandum was issued to the Petitioner on 25.11.2016 on account of his unauthorized absence. Pursuant thereto, a penalty of deferment of annual increment for a period of two years was passed by the Respondent No.1. Subsequently, the Order of punishment was confirmed in the Appeal. Thereafter, the Petitioner filed Revision Petitioner before the Respondent No.4 on 21.06.2022. As the same is not being disposed of, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3. Sri T. Vinod Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, would submit that appropriate orders will be passed as expeditously as possible. 4. Heard the respective counsel. 5. Considering the submissions made, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.4 to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the Petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
