1. Heard on IA No.01/2024 for condonation of delay in filing the MCC.
2. For the reasons stated in the application (IA No.01/2024), the same is allowed and delay of 88 days in filing the MCC is condoned.

5. Vide order dated 11.06.2024 of this Court, despite repeated calls, no one appeared on behalf of the Appellant, therefore, this Court has dismissed MAC No.411/2016 for want of prosecution.
6. Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that on 11.06.2024, he was engaged in another Court, therefore, he was not present when the matter has been called. He further submits that in compliance of order of this Court dated 04.02.2025, he has filed an affidavit of the Applicant. It is prayed by him that MAC No.411/2016 may be restored to its original number.
7. Taking into consideration the submission, an affidavit of the applicant and the cause shown in the application, I am inclined to restore MAC No.411/2016.
8. Accordingly, the prayer for restoration of the appeal is allowed and MAC No.411/2016 is restored to its original number.
