1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ application may be
disposed of by directing the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 19.9.2025 filed by the petitioner herein.
2. On hearing the parties, the writ application is
disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 2 shall consider the representation dated 19.9.2025 filed by the petitioner.
3. Upon hearing the relevant parties and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of sixty days from the date of this order.

4. As no affidavits have been called for, the respondents submit that none of the statements of the writ petitioner is admitted.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
