Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 30th October, 2025 counsel for the plaintiff has returned with instructions that the plaintiff does not wish to press for damages in the suit as claimed in prayer ‘E’. 2. In view thereof, based on the statement made by counsel for defendants no.1 and 3 on 30th October, 2025 a decree is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against defendant no.1, in terms of prayer clauses A and B. 3. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that since the impugned posts have already been removed, he does not press for prayer clause ‘C’. 4. Counsel appearing for defendant no.3 expresses his regret over defamatory posts made by defendant no.1, hence, the counsel for the plaintiff does not press for prayer ‘D’.
