ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a Writ or Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly the action of The 6TH respondent, the Station House Officer, Nawaabpet Police Station, Nellore, repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station without the registration of any crime or any reason or justification and without following due process of law as highly arbitrary, illegal,

unreasonable, violative of the Articles 14, 19 and 21 cf the Constitution of India, 1949, respectively and pass.”
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.6 to not to call the petitioner to the police station repeatedly without registering crime.
4. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that police are not calling the petitioner and no crime has been registered against the petitioner.
5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed not to call the petitioner to the police station in absence of any crime registered against the petitioner except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
