1. The petitioners have preferred the instant petition against the order passed by Civil Judge Class I, Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon C.G. in Execution Case No. 23A/2014 dated 15.10.2018 whereby the application preferred by the petitioners under Order 21 Rule 32 of the C.P.C. has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for petitioners would submit that against the order passed by Lok Adalat, they have preferred an appeal bearing SA No. 640 of 2024 which is pending before this Court.
3. In view of submission made by learned counsel for petitioners, at this juncture it is not justifiable for this Court to proceed further in the matter.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that disposal of this petition will not come in way of other proceedings which are pending before the Court of law. Sd/- (Narendra Kumar Vyas) Judge Bhumika
