With these allegations, present FIR has been registered. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner argued that all allegations levelled against him are false. This FIR has been lodged due to political rivalry. Complainant’s brother-in-law is Sarpanch of the village whereas his wife is member Panchayat. Dispute was regarding signing certain resolution to which his wife did not agree on account of illegality in the work. In order to settle score, this false FIR has been registered.
