After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition may be disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Commissioner Higher Education in view of Clause-14.8 of the Guest Lecturer Policy, 2024. In the event, if the petitioner file representation before the Commissioner Higher Education, then he shall consider and decide the same in accordance with the provisions of Policy of 2024, keeping in view that earlier DEEPTI JHA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA 2 petitioner was working as Guest Lecturer in the College, as the Advertisement has been issued on 28.07.2025 for appointment of the Guest Lecturers in the Government Kachna Ghurwa College, Chhura, District Gariyaband (C.G.). 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents though, opposes the petition on merits, however, he would submits that he has no objection, if such, direction is being given to the authorities concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition stands disposed of, directing the petitioner to approach the Commissioner Higher Education by filing detailed representation. In the event of filing of the representation by the petitioner, the authorities concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law, as per the applicable rules and circulars holding the field. 4. Petitioner is directed to file her representation before the Commissioner Higher Education within a period of two weeks from today, i.e., from 04.09.2025. 5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, instant writ petition stands disposed of. 6. The pending interlocutory application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
