Case No.281 of 2025 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No. 124 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned ADJ-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Cuttack, for commission of offence punishable U/Ss.126(2)/296/115(2)/74 of the BNS r/wection-12 of the POCSO Act, on the main allegation of sexually exploiting his daughter. 3. Heard, Mr. Ananta Kumar Rout, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.B. Mishra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. None appears for the victim despite being duly informed as apprised by the learned State counsel. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the materials collected in support of the allegation against the petitioner and taking into account the statement of victim and keeping in view the other circumstances on record in entirety, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Hence the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
