Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that revision is not maintainable under Section 397(2) of ‘the Cr.P.C’, as it was filed challenging an Interlocutory Order passed in Crl.M.P.No.595 of 2015 in C.C.No.56 of 2015 under Sections 243 & 311 of ‘the Cr.P.C’. 3. On 26.07.2019 the judgment of acquittal was passed, on perusal of the e-Courts status, in C.C.No.56 of 2015, by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, Krishna District. 4.
