When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the police have received the complaint of the petitioner and enquired into the matter. After due enquiry, the contents of the complaint are found to be false. Therefore, the police have not registered any crime. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law.
