The Management had submitted the proposal to the Respondent No.2 seeking approval to the transfer of Petitioner No.1 from Unaided College of Petitioner No.2 to Aided Secondary School. The Respondent No.4 or any of the competent authority, is directed to decide the proposal dated 28th October 2024, which is at page 26 of the paper book, for approval to the transfer of the Petitioner No.1 from the Unaided College of Petitioner No.2 to Aided Secondary School expeditiously and in any case, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4.
