The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "I. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 2.12.2024 (Ann-11) passed by Respondent No. 2 i.e. Collector/District Magistrate Basti in Case No. 2108 of 2024 bearing Computerized Case No. D 202417140002108 inre Moti lal Vs. Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti. II. Issue writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to ascertain the removal of the encroachment and illegal construction over the Chakroad existing in Plot No. 217/ 0.016 Hect. situates in Village Ratanpur Rai Tappa Puraina, Pargana Amodha Tehsil Harraiya District-Basti." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
