Case No. 281 of 2024, registered under Sections 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, now pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Pakur. On 03.11.2024, motorcycle of the informant parked outside the main gate of cemetery near Kali Mandir was stolen away by unknown persons. It was submitted that the stolen motorcycle is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was also submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Pakur in connection with Pakur Town P.S.
