By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a limited prayer that the pending application before the Additional Tahsildar for correction of revenue records which is filed by the petitioner pursuance to the order of the High Court in WP227 NO. 913 of 2015 bearing case No. 202410073200002/A- 6(A)/2024-25 be decided. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application has been filed by the petitioner on 13.08.2024 and the proceedings has been drawn from 07.10.2024. He further submits that though the proceedings have been drawn but the application is still pending before the Tehsildar and no final decision has been taken on the application. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the application (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner is still pending, necessary steps will be taken within 3 months from today. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed. 5. Perusal of the documents shows that the application filed by the petitioner is still pending, considering the same, the Additional Tehsildar is directed to conclude the proceedings and pass necessary orders within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
