This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following relief:-
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent authorities especially 4th respondent in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13.11.2025 for rectification of the erroneous classification of his agricultural land admeasuring an extent of Ac.1.00 cents out of Ac.3.20 cents in Sy.No.92-2B of Jujjuru village as non- agricultural land in revenue records as illegal and arbitrary”. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the subject land. Without making any application by the petitioner, the respondent authorities erroneously converted the subject land into non-agricultural land category. Despite receipt of representation of petitioner dated 13.11.2025 by 4th respondent, he has not passed any orders. 4. On perusal of the provisions of the A.P. Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) Act, 2006, Section 8 of

the said Act clearly stipulates redressal of the grievances of the aggrieved persons for such classifications, if any grievances, the aggrieved person can approach the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration under Section 8 of the said Act, if any such complaint is made, the said authority will cause enquiry and take appropriate action. In view of the said statutory provision, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a complaint/grievance before C.C.L.A under Section 8 of the said Act. If any such complaint is filed, the concerned authority is directed to consider same, after conducting enquiry, and pass appropriate orders. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed. __________________
