Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. As per the averments made in the affidavit, the petitioner purchased Ac.1.00¼ cents in Sy.Nos.209 and 210 of Surampalem Village through four registered sale deeds dated 18.11.2010, and her name was mutated in the revenue records and the revenue authorities was issued a Pattedar Passbook, Title Deed in her favor and also obtained power connection. The land originally belonged to Mohammed Gouse Mohiuddin, and through a series of registered transactions from 1970 to 2006, it came to the petitioner’s vendor, from whom she purchased the said land. 4. When the petitioner sought conversion of the land for a petrol bunk in 2011, the authorities informed her that there are survey discrepancies, and the Sub-Registrar refused rectification of the same, stating that the land was treated as assigned. Only then the petitioner came to know that the land was included in the prohibited list. Despite submitting representations dated 04.06.2011, 12.12.2011, and again on 24.04.2023 seeking deletion of the land from the prohibited list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, the authorities have not acted, as such the present writ petition is filed. It would suffice for the time being, if a direction is given to the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s representation in accordance with law and prayed to pass appropriate orders in that regard. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents categorically stated that the District Collector i.e. 2nd respondent herein, is the competent authority to consider the case of the petitioner, either for deletion or for inclusion of the property in the list published under section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 and readily agreed to consider the application, if submitted afresh, by the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a reasonable time as per the rules. 6. Considering the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission, with the consent of both the counsel, directing the petitioner to make a fresh application/ representation before the District Collector/2nd respondent herein, bringing all the facts with relevant records, within one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on such application/representation, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same, taking all relevant record into consideration, and pass appropriate orders as per Rules within three (03) months from the date of receipt of application/representation from the petitioner.
