It is clear from the record that an appeal lies against the impugned order passed by the District Magistrate before the District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner file an appeal before the District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee within a period of two weeks from date. In the event such an appeal is filed, the District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee shall decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of said appeal after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
