This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 and 3 Continuously Calling the Petitioner to the 3rd Respondent Police Station and Pressurizing Settle the Dispute with the Un-Official Respondents in connection with the Land of the Petitioner to an extent of Ac 4.50 Cents in Survey No.54-1 of Ananthagiri Mandal, Gurugubilli Village, Visakhapatnam

District (Alluri Seetharamaraju District), there by threatening the Petitioner to settle the dispute, otherwise to implicate the petitioner into a Crime , is nothing but an Interference in a Civil Disputes , all are Illegal, Unlawful, Violation of Principles of Natural Justice , Violation of Article 14,19,21,300- A- of the Constitution of India , Consequently to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 not to Interfere into the Civil Dispute in connection with the Land of the Petitioner to an extent of Ac 4.50 Cents in Survey No.54-1 of Ananthagiri Mandal, Gurugubilli Village, Visakhapatnam District (Alluri Seetharamaraju District) in the interest of the justice.”
2. Sri R.Siva Sai Swarup, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that it is a case of interference of the Police in the civil disputes between the parties. 3.
Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by one Dr.Subhashini, a case in Crime No.72 of 2024 has been registered against the Petitioner and others for the offences under Sections 329(3) and 324(4) read with 3(5) of BNS on 08.11.2024. It is further submitted that, in connection with the said crime, the Petitioner was called to the Police Station. The Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to follow due process of law in connection with the Crime registered against the Petitioner. Police are further directed not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
