1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner even when the case is taken up for hearing in the second round.
2. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for the following reliefs:
“10.1 Hold that Impugned Order Dated 03.11.2018 (Annexure-P/7) passed by the Civil Judge Class-I, Digitally signed by SMT NIRMALA RAO
-2- Akaltara, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G) is absolutely Erroneous in Law & is therefore Set aside. 10.2 Kindly Directs the Court Below to Add Purchaser of the Suit Property as Respondent No.4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 respectively for the Proper Adjudication of Issue No.3. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in the given facts and circumstances of the Case.”
3. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 3.11.2018 passed in Civil Suit No.120A of 2012, whereby an application moved by the petitioner under Order 1 Rule 10(2) read with Section 151 of CPC was rejected by the learned Civil Judge, Class-I, District Janjgir- Champa, Chhattisgarh.
4. As per the report received from the concerned Court, the civil suit has already been disposed of vide judgment and decree dated
18.2.2019.
5. Taking into consideration the subsequent developments, as nothing survives for adjudication, the petition is dismissed.
6. Accordingly, this petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Sd/-
