JUSTICE RAJESH SEKHRI, JUDGE ORDER 10.02.2025 Bail App No. 311/2022 Vide order dated 22.09.2022, petitioner was admitted to interim bail by this Court, in anticipation of arrest, subject to certain conditions embodied in the said order. The petition has been opposed by the other side primarily on the ground of gravity of offence. A perusal of the status report, filed by the respondents reveals that investigation is at the concluding stage and statement of the prosecutrix, has already been recorded, in terms of Section 164 CrPC. Nothing adverse has been reported against the petitioner after he was admitted to interim bail by this Court. Hence, present application is allowed and the interim bail dated 22.09.2022 is made absolute. Bail Application stands disposed of. CRM(M) No. 628/2022 Status report stands filed.
