None appeared for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report of the petitioner, police registered a case in Crime No.81 of 2019 under Sections 448, 427 and 506 of IPC read with 34 of IPC of Madanapalle Taluk Police Station on 22.04.2019 and the same is under investigation. 4. The writ petition is filed alleging that police did not register the FIR basing on the report presented by the writ petitioner. Now, the instructions of learned Assistant Government Pleader would disclose that police registered the above case basing on the report presented by the writ petitioner. 4 5. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same may be closed. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
