1. This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief:
“1. It is prayed that this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to call entire records from the AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN
2 learned Trial Court below vis-à-vis the instant case of the Revisioner herein.
2. It is prayed that this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to allow this revision petition and set aside the impugned Order dated 14.06.2024 passed by the First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court Durg (C.G.).
3. It is prayed that this Hon'ble High Court may kindly
order respondent husband to give an enhanced sum of interim maintenance to the applicant wife (Revisioner herein) to the tune of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) staring from the date of filing of the concerned application for interim maintenance.
4. Cost of the Petition.
5. Any other relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted in favour of the Revisioner herein, in the interest of justice.”
2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of MJC No.813/2023, it appears that the final order has already been passed by learned 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court , Durg (C.G.) for proceedings under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.
3. In view of the above, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Sd/-
