[2025:RJ-JP:33999] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 7005/2025 Panna Lal Son of Shri Mada Ji, Aged About 57 Years, R/o Rebarii Vas, Kiwarli, District Sirohi, Rajasthan. ----Petitioner Versus Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer through its Chairman. ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Nemi Chand Sharma for Mr. Hitesh Bagri For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 27/08/2025 1. By way of filing the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction against the respondent to give him appointment on the post of LDC. 2. Bare perusal of the writ petition would reveal that the petitioner is seeking appointment in respect of recruitment process initiated in the year 1986, which has already been completed long back. No reason whatsoever has been given in the writ petition by the petitioner for not approaching this Court for last more than 38 years. 3. Hence, the instant writ petition is hopelessly suffering from delay and latches and is not maintainable. Such petitions are otherwise misuse of process of law and are required to be dismissed at the outset. [2025:RJ-JP:33999] (2 of 2) [CW-7005/2025] 4. In view of above, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed. (ANAND SHARMA),J DIVYA /32
