Alleging violation of the orders dated 10.2.2021 in Writ Petition No.3212 of 2021, the present Contempt Case has been filed. The said writ petition was disposed of, with a direction to the Tahsildar, Manubolu Mandal/the respondent herein to intimate the action taken on the representations made by the petitioners, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 3. The respondent filed a counter affidavit, inter alia stating that the representations of the petitioners were considered and vide endorsement 2 in Rc.B.152/2004, dated 03.3.2021 informed the petitioners that a report was submitted to the District Collector and soon after receipt of instructions from the higher authorities, necessary action will be taken. 4.
