JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Judgment / Order 10/10/2025 This application has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer for clarification/modification in the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court and to issue directions for clubbing of the trial of all the criminal cases mentioned in Para No.2 of the order dated 19.03.2025 and so also the other criminal cases which have been registered later on in connection with the transactions of similar nature. The Court while passing the order dated 19.03.2025 has taken into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case has passed certain directions including the direction no.5 as under: "After the filing of the Final Report before the Judicial Magistrate, the Petitioner would be at liberty, if required, to avail any other appropriate remedy available to her for clubbing of trial proceedings or otherwise, before the Competent Court." [2025:RJ-JP:41417] (3 of 3) [CRLMA-293/2025] This Court again clarifies that the petitioners/applicants would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy available to them under law for clubbing of the trial before appropriate forum/Court.
