What is essentially challenged is the show-cause notice dated 16.10.2025 issued by respondent No.3 at Annexure-K & L. 3. The petitioner could always reply to show-cause notice, place on record, the details of the calculation of the market value of the property of the petitioner and the stamp duty applicable thereto. A show- cause notice therefore issued by authority having jurisdiction cannot be challenged in the manner has done. 4. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to reply to the said show-cause notice and provide calculation as indicated above. The petition stands disposed of. 5.
