The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for deciding his representation. However, in case of filing of the claim petition under the provisions Motor Vehicles Act, neither the insurance company nor the owner of the vehicle shall be taken a plea of limitation before the Clams Tribunal and the Tribunal shall decide the claim of the petitioner on its own merits without insisting the ground for delay. 3.
