The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in threatening to dispossess the petitioners from their respective house sites 19E, 16A, 24E, 31, 30, 12A, 46A, 6C, 27, 28 situated in Sowbhagya Vijayaramapuram Layout in an extent of Ac.21.78 cents in Sy.No.310 and 311 of Adavivaram Village, Visakhapatnam District. 2. While ordering notice, this Court on 29.01.2021, directed the respondents not to take any coercive steps with regard to subject property for a period of two (02) weeks. The said order was extended from time to time and the same is subsisting till today. 3. The 3rd respondent-Mandal Revenue Officer, Visakhapatnam filed a counter affidavit stating that the respondent did not interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the lands in dispute nor they have damaged the barbed wire fencing and RCC arch constructed by them. In view of the categorical assertion made by the 3rd respondent in his counter that, the respondents are not interfering with the possession of the petitioners, the instant writ petition is closed that in view of interim orders, no further orders are necessary. 5.
