Learned counsel for the petitioner, while referring to the order dated 22.04.2025, submits that the petitioner has been appointed pursuant to the offer letter on the post of Constable in ITBP. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents also submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Hon’ble Court, the petitioner has been appointed and now nothing survives in the writ petition. 3. Having considered the aforesaid, the letter dated 22.05.2025 is taken on record.
