The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. CASe No. 144/2023 arising out of Mahagama P.S. Case No. 107/2022, for the offences registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Godda. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Pritam Devi who was hacked to death in her matrimonial home. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there was some dispute over selling of land between the deceased and her father-in-law. It was further submitted that father-in-law of the deceased has been granted Anticipatory Bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased who was hacked to death in her matrimonial home, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
