Mr. Kesarwani, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, charge sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned. Hence the present petition be dismissed as not pressed with a liberty to file an appropriate application for quashing of the charge sheet before the competent court. 3. Mr. Ubeja, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the respondents/State as well as learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that in the present case, charge sheet has been submitted on 05.04.2025. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.2, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the charge-sheet, if so advised.
