This petition has been filed by the petitioner for releasing her salary for the period from June 2025 to August 2025 amounting to Rs. 1,63,728/-. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from Achanakmar Tiger Reserve Lormi to Mungeli Forest Division vide order dated 29.05.2025 and the petitioner has challenged the said transfer order by filing petition before this Court bearing WPS No. 4630/2025 wherein this Court vide order dated 16.06.2025 has granted status quo with respect to the posting of the ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Date: 2025.09.18 13:10:51 +0530 2 petitioner. He would further submit that this petition may kindly be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his petition pending before this Court. 3. Prayer is allowed. 4. Since the petitioner has already challenged his transfer order dated 29.05.2025 before this Court, therefore, the prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition regarding releasing her salary for the period from June 2025 to August 2025 amounting to Rs. 1,63,728/- will be subject to final outcome of WPS No. 4630/2025.
