Judgment 24/09/2025 In the present petition, petitioner has marked appearance in the Court and has submitted that he is a senior citizen. Petitioner
[2025:RJ-JP:39403] (2 of 2) [CW-14015/2025] has made a limited prayer pertaining to extension of eviction time i.e., till 31.03.2026 as he is the sole bread earner of the family and he has to make alternate arrangements for living/stay/residence. The petitioner is paying Rs. 2030/- as monthly rent, as on date, for the property in question.
Learned counsel for the respondents has opposed the
contentions of the petitioner. Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances of the case, this Court in the interest of justice, deems it apposite to extend the period of eviction of the petitioner till 31.03.2026. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
