It is the grievance of the petitioner that accused on Periyasamy is not added as accused and also offences of kidnapping is also not added in the FIR. 3. Heard both sides and perused the material available on record. 5. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While investigation, if any material is available as against the accused persons, who is now identified by the petitioner, add him as accused and if any other offence is made, include those offences and file the final report within the time stipulated as stated supra. 5.
