2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Misc. Criminal Case No.95/2021, it appears that the final order has already been passed by learned 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, Distt. Raipur (C.G.) for proceedings under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.
