The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sadar (Mesra) P.S. Case No. 513/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. On 03.12.2024, at about 08:30 A.M., dead body of an unknown person kept in a gunny bag was recovered at a place in Budhiya Bagan. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor anything incriminating has been recovered from her pointing out. It was further submitted that from the impugned order, it is apparent that her name has come in the confession of co-accused persons and she has also confessed her guilt. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Sadar (Mesra) P.S.
