In the light of the said report, necessary instructions were conveyed by the Preventive Commissionerate to the Import Commissionerate for provisional release of the goods covered by the 3rd consignment. 4.In the light of the above communication dated 21.04.2025, and considering the nature of consignment, which are perishable goods, the 3rd respondent is directed to release the 3rd consignment in B/E.No.6948032 dated 29.11.2024, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 5.Post on 03.06.2025. 08-05-2025 ssr/tsh To 1.
